The funeral was right after prom, it was for Candice, but it was revealed later that she was alive.
Though then with the fire at the royal wedding, Aline died.
Between those two events there was technically a death too, and there was a character death in the years between graduation and the 10 year reunion.
Ah yes, the royal wedding. Kai’s parents had arranged a marriage for him so he was marrying a princess. The other characters were all invited.
