That’s what I’m working on figuring out. I’ve got an idea of how it could work out in my head, but I don’t really want to figure it all out if nobody thinks it’s a good idea.

But if like nobody is interested in the basic idea itself, then I don’t want to put all of the effort to completely plan. I want to know if it’s actually a decent idea before I work out the details.
If there would be interest the characters would be doctors and hospital staff, and I’d create patients that would be medical cases (where I’d research symptoms and treatment procedures) for the characters. Then the characters would have the goal of helping their patients, while still being able to interact with each other at work and in their personal lives.

but like nobody likes the actual medical part, sometimes it’s weirdly soothing like bob ross, but you’d never do it yourself. or at least, i dont think there’s that many rpers that would b interested cos we’re all gay and right-brained or just right brained in your case
