Sitting on her own in the corner, Veronica breathed deeply as looking at the bloody floor, really not liking this whole situation. But then mateo came by and put his head on her shoulder with a cute face, and as much as the awful feeling she had whenever she was near mateo creeped up, there was just something about this boy that it was just impossible not to feel better or smile when in his presence, so she felt like shi, but she did let out a little weak smile as he spoke.
”Thanks Matty, but I don’t think I should eat anything I’ll probably throw it up” she told him, momentarily raising her gaze to look at him. ”you should get ice cream though, you love ice cream, or just, I don’t know, hang out with less sht wreck of people than me” she admitted, looking away with a sigh ”sorry I don’t mean to ruin your mood, I’ll be fine I guess…” she wouldn’t, but who counts.
