Eddie gave a slight nod in response to Florence’s answer of “the usual”. Some how, all at the same time, life could have a way of being completely insane, yet also completely without much going on to talk about. Eddie smiled with a chuckle at her statement of other movies being lame without her. “See, that’s why I gotta worry. I can’t have my lead actress leaving me to go onto bigger things.” Though, the tone soon flipped somewhat as when she said how she didn’t have plans, she also asked about Paige. Well… Paige just happened to be the subject on the forefront of his mind, and the one he was least looking forward to talking about. Eddie awkwardly looked downward to the floor, his hand at the back of his neck, while his cheeks gained a red tint. Look, Eddie was used to being completely invisible, and Amie seeing part of that video aside, it was still a bit embarrassing that people even knew about it in general. He wasn’t embarrassed about it having been Paige, that wasn’t even a possibility. He just didn’t like the feeling that people would judge him, or know the intimate details like that. It was, in a way, more of a concern that someone would be embarrassed to be around the camera geek, the nobody. “I… um… no. It’s just… complicated?” Eddie managed with a sigh. It was complicated with Paige to say the least. Everything with the past aside, it had been just a one time thing, and they hadn’t even talked in quite a while, and now Eddie didn’t even know what to say to her. She may have even have been avoiding him, but at this point Eddie barely knew what he was doing, let alone what could possibly have been going on from her point of view. That being said, Eddie couldn’t exactly deny that he was attracted to Paige, and as much as he would say he doesn’t have a type, Paige did have some traits that could be considered as part of his type. “And I… I didn’t… don’t have plans. Unless maybe you wanted to…” he stopped himself, though the rest of the sentence clearly would have been suggesting that they could make plans, together. Eddie might not have even said anything if he wasn’t exhausted and not even sure where he was going with a word of what he was saying. Either way, he was fumbling trying to take the subject in a different direction. A direction which he would have normally only thought about taking the topic. Though, that being said, Eddie had made progress from where he had been at the beginning of Junior year when he met Florence.
