It wouldn’t be a lie if I said hanging out with Justin was originally just a subconscious plan to spite Annie because of the Ricky situation and the part of her that was still jealous and salty about him moving on (I know I know stop judging). Plus, you know, older, tall, sophisticated Yale student, sounds good doesn’t it? But turns out that Williams guy wasn’t half bad, he was actually quite nice and wasn’t completelya boring which kind of made her feel bad for him. And besides, Daniel liked Jordan, so hanging out with a guy that your dad doesn’t completely set on destroying was… a nice change. But still, not the best aamotive. but let’s not focus on that right now.
Life was… interesting. Her dad was back which was good, but the Parker house was drowning with pregnancy hormones which let me just tell you is one massive headache. So prom was a good distraction, dressing up fancy and hanging out with a majority of unpregnant people, definitely sounds like a plan. Just please someone spike the damn punch bowl. But her at least there’s brownies, brownies are always good.
”hey stranger” she said with a brief hug as she noticed Dori at the prom which probably meant he came to chaperone tho why but not like we’re complaining are we? We stan Dori ”catch up later” she added as she left and walked deeper into the venue, not gonna lie, it was pretty, and so were the outfits. Way to start of a night isn’t it?
”Speaking of strangers,” she added after a while as spotting this girl in a purple dress, also known as Logan Blackwood, ”are you planning on avoiding me forever?” she asked with a slightly raised brow ”by the way the fancy dress code actually looks pretty good on you to be honest” she said, considering seeing Logan all fancied up and preppy isn’t really a usual thing that happens, but her we aren’t complaining.
