Blue Royalty: New Blood

A game: To Mason Mitchell, that’s what everything was. From football practice to his daily interaction… hell, one could say his entire life was a game and they wouldn’t be wrong. That was the thought running through his head as he sat in the back of the limo driving to Sienna’s house. Everything was getting… dangerous, to say the least. At this point, one mistake could take down years of work, and honestly, Mason wasn’t ready to let that happen. No… he needed to keep his thoughts at bay and play the part of the perfect boyfriend with possible secrets that the student body was dying to find out… okay maybe not dying but they were interesting enough to keep him at the forefront of people’s thoughts… that along with a beautiful girl by his side and nothing could go wrong… right? Well… that was a hope.

A practiced smile met his features as he exited the limo and walked towards Sienna’s front door with flowers in his hand alongside a corsage that worked with her dress. As the man knocked on the door, he had his winning grin playing upon his lips, watching as her parents opened the door. Well, let the games begin shall we?

The two sat distantly in the limo - Sienna on her phone, and Mason on his. For the two acting as the perfect couple in front of others, they didn’t really care to play the part when they were alone. “Heads up, Sienna.” Mason started, noticing they were getting close to the school. “So with the research I’ve done, I know Blue Royalty loves to mess around during prom… so be careful? And do me a favor, if I cause trouble… make it a big scene. Slap me, yell, I don’t give a fck.”

There was always reasoning with Mason’s comments, and the man knew he would be getting into more than a little trouble himself during the day and if they wanted to… well… be the highlight of the evening, they had to be remembered - in a good way, or a bad one.

With that thought in mind, Mason walked out of the limo and opened the door for his date. If he was anything, he was a gentleman or… well, he acted like it - especially with the girl who was his “girlfriend”. “If you fck another guy, do me a favor and make it somewhat private? I don’t want to clean up your mess again, Sienna,” Mason whispered as they walked inside and any sentiment was wiped with a Allstar smile as he played the part of a doting boyfriend.

It stayed like that for the first half an hour. The two stayed together, talked to others, danced for a minute before separating to make the rounds. There was someone Mason was looking for… but he found his eyes landing on another first.

Walking towards her, Mason grabbed her hand saying nothing as he tugged on her hand and walked away as an indication to follow - leading her towards the hallway that was fairly empty. Looking around, Mason made sure they weren’t being watched before speaking “Be careful with Fin. I don’t like him around you.”
