Dominic Lucier
“I never lied to you.” He insisted, however pointless it was. “She didn’t tell me who she was until afterwards. I wouldn’t have done it if I had known, I swear.”
“What child? Rosalie, how many children do I have?”
“Yeah, I know you have Rosalie. She’s your daughter, isn’t she?” Then it clicked. He finally understood what he was being accused of. “Oh f-ck. She’s not-” He couldn’t finish the sentence. He ran a hand through his hair, titling his hair back as he listened to Theo spit questions at him. “I never spoke to her again after that night. I wanted to forget it ever happened. I didn’t know she was pregnant, she didn’t tell me. I would never want to ruin your life, Theo, and I’m not going to take her away from you.” He reassured him.
“I won’t fcuking be surprised if you’re the one who killed her mother.”
Dom froze as Theo’s words set in. He couldn’t believe that his cousin thought him capable of such a thing. “Do you really think I’d do something like that?” He asked him, looking him in the eyes and keeping his voice at it’s normal volume, but articulating to make sure his point got across.
