Danny Dan Dan:
“Being a man is easier,” Dan sighed - agreeing with the frankly true statement. Let’s be completely honest; Daniel Parker was a upper class, white male. Life was pretty damn handed to him. Did he like it? No he thought it was stupid that he had more rights than someone like Jessica just because of the color of his skin and gender. He listened as she explained the things in his hands. “Why the bloody hell…” Dan sighed; putting his head through his hands. Perhaps it wouldn’t have been such a stressful thing if he hadn’t been through a life threatening situation hours earlier. He was still shaken up honestly.
Though attempting to get back to himself ; he forced a smile at her next words. “I personally think you look better without a bra but I’m a little biased love,” he teased; though as she leaned in for a peck - he kept her close giving her a longer kiss before letting her go.
“Valerie I don’t even know how to begin saying how thankful I am for you” he whispered. “I don’t… think I could have done this without you. How… are you holding up. I know Kai and… it must be stressful,” Though Dan didn’t like Kai; he respected that Valerie cared about him. Family is family - you don’t choose them.
What p!ssed Dan off was the “royal” guards who had been sent to the hospital hours after the news about Kai broke. They basically were blocking off a whole wing for him; even stopping Dan from going back to Jess. What a little… you know what - he was a waste of time to talk about or even think.
