Do you want to join the book club? We will be reading manga as well as other books. You can contribute books to the list that is in more depth on the group chat. Totally up to you though.

Itā€™s okay, I can add you and you can just participate when you can. You can skip readings during the club as well. Itā€™s just for leisure reading and seeing how others feel about books.

Still open for anyone to join! You can join at any time no matter how long the club has been going. For now, if anyone joins this week you still have a whole month to read the first book. If you join past this week you will have to wait until the second reading in order to jump in unless you want to read the first book in the allotted time you have left.

Sure, you can join. We had to put the club on hold since everyone was busy but it should be up again in the next week or so. I will add you now.

Iā€¦ I donā€™t have much time in general, and Iā€™m very picky when it comes to books. But if youā€™re going to read something I find interesting and I got time, of course! :relaxed: (Iā€™m sure thatā€™s not how book clubs work and that youā€™re supposed to read everything to expand your horizons :sweat_smile:).

Also, are we just supposed to read or do we have any additional tasks?

(Sorry for the necessarily long reply lol.)

I saw that you liked the main post. So I thought I would ask. We got a huge collection of books to choose from. Itā€™s in a group chat where we actually do the picking of books and deadline time for reading. If you want I can add and you can look at the books we have listed? If you have any suggestions that would be good too. So this kind of similar to english in a sense. We will read the book talk about the sections we liked and didnā€™t like. Also, go over some of the lessons that the book covers possibly. Then we fill out the review form and post of the book clubs review thread.
