As the young man explained who he was, Abigail went a bit red in the face "Oh of course. I’m so sorry Mr. Armstrong, I’m so ashamed I should’ve recognized you straight away, especially considering you haven’t changed much except grew taller. I have to thank you for keeping the case private even after so long. I wouldn’t know what would happen if word got out of the real nature of my grandfather’s passing away. It hasn’t stopped my grandmother though, from talking a great deal about you and your father since then, she holds both of you in high regard for helping her find peace. Abigail smiled as she and her grandmother both kept the detectives as good memories, a wonderful thing that helped them cope with the death of a beloved family memeber. However, not wanting the conversation to be heading in the direction of her grandfather’s death since she would be reminded of it and would be too sad on such a nice evening, she changed the theme of the conversation. “Well Mr. Armstrong, I am surprised to see you here, among such high society.” She smirked as if she is up to something “Am I right in deducing you are here on a case?” She thought about it and stiffled a laugh. "I’m sorry Mr. Armstron I shouldn’t laugh, but I would find it funny if you, of all people, were amongst high society looking for a bride. But I’m sure that’s not the case, for you always seem too wild to be tamed by any woman, let alone one with a title and expectations she must follow.
