Yes it says so on her FCs … but Else is there because I tried to find a gif of somebody creating like crystal spikes and using them as weapons because Orla can do something like that … Like one spike at a time because those are her restrictions unless she wants to use her power over the limit which can hurt her and drain her powers for a bit, and so when I looked for that gif I didn’t find any good ones, except ice spikes … So it was either Katara or Elsa

Yes, becuase the Katara gif I found showed the water being turned to ice first and then to spikes, which would confuse people even more than just using something that looks like crystals that could potentionally look like a really big diamond …
