Wait Andi I’m confused … I thought you said the effect lasts long if she touches somebody, but then I reread Berit’s FC and it says only if contact is maintained, so does that mean that according to Berit and Cesare brushing cheeks is he still affected after the touch is over or not?

Oh yeah oops I think I meant as long AS she touches someone. So like Cesare will feel it for a few seconds but then it will go away? But also it’s kinda addictive. (I’m so bad at explaining things I’m sorry-)
