Like what parts of the seed is he going to analyze?
She would want to learn how an entire world of magic could just pass by beneath most mortal’s notice. She likes mythology and those sort of fantastical stuff, but she’s never thought it was anything more than stories and legends… so this is all pretty wild to her. Hue would also want to establish some sort of understanding between her and the supernatural creatures—sort of make them see that she’s not just a stupid mortal and she just wants to understand so that she can get used to the idea.
Well, Hue would definitely want to become, like, a part of the coven. Or at least not get her memory wiped. She would probably try to convince her to let her come back there and teach her stuff, whatever she can be taughted.

So like he’d probably want to examine the seed’s properties, see it’s composition and compare it to a normal seed. He’d need some lab equipment for that though—and not sure if the coven has that or if someone can just magic that up but yes that would be what he would most want to do.
Ooh also he’d probably want to look through some magical books or whatever to compare that seed to the seeds they have on record. August would use the books to research the magical properties of the seed too, like things to be aware of and that sort of thing. He would get an itching to cut into the seed and open it up so he’d definitely want to make sure that he wouldn’t be killed by doing so.
