Walking out of the doorway off the small three-sleeper bedroom, she stood in the hall. Ahead of her on the wall opposite were two small windows; one was a wee way down the hall on the left, while the other was almost opposite her but slightly to the right. From where she stood, she could see reddish fabric out the closer one. To the left, at the end of the hall, she saw a larger door made out of the same sort of panelling as the hall. Very close to it, on the left wall, the same wall and door-type that she stood out side of. Looking to the right, she spotted a third door, exactly the same again. The dripping noise also that from that end.
Heading left down the hall for about 35 feet, there wasn’t anything Dreamseeker could make out. (Perception: 9) It was only when they got to the middle that they realised; one, it seemed to be much longer than 14 feet, as they were in the middle now, and two, the door left of them was another double door. Listening closely to the door, they heard nothing at all. (Perception: 4). So they continued along the hall for another 30 feet, almost reaching the end and listened at the next door. CLUNK BANG CRASH It sounded like something big and heavy was rolling round in there. (Perception: 18)
To the right of them, there was another hallway, that seemed to be the same width and length as the one they didn’t turn down. It only had one door down it, however, right down the end on the left wall. All three hallways connected together like a right-angled C-shape.
Hermes couldn’t grab ahold of the handle because it was a painted on door, and at a glance, nothing seemed to be inherently magic about it either. So heading for the cloak, Hermes reached for it and threw it over his shoulders, tying it around his neck. (The Cloak of Resistance - You gain a +1 bonus to saving throws while you wear this cloak.)
Now walking left down the hall, he saw no traps or anything along the way. At the end, Hermes saw that the now blue carpeted hall changed direction. To the right, the carpet when on for about another 5 feet and the hall another foot after that. There was a door on the left and double doors at its end. In front of Hermes was an old table and to his left, the carpet went on for another 30 feet or so and the hall another 1 or so after that. Two more doors down this way, even spaced on the right.
At the other door, Ashborn turned the handle and it worked; it opened. The next room was bigger than the bedroom they were exiting. Still, it was 20 feet across from him, but side to side it was 40 feet. There was a door to the right and double doors behind the room’s furniture in the centre of the opposite wall. On the left, was a large stand alone basin.
