Family, Origins, and Lifestyle
My parents were Ariadne Cithreth (Human mother) and Galindann Cithreth (Half-elf Father).
I was born on the battlefield during a war between neighbouring cities.
My father, Galindann, raised me and the rest of my siblings after my mother, Ariadne, died shortly after giving birth to Hippolytus.
My family’s lifestyle was poor, we lived in a rundown neighbourhood. Despite the hardships, my childhood was a happy one filled with relatively happy memories.
Specifics of Family members
Disclaimer, though Hermes has a friendly relationship with most of his family, he’s only close with Alkeides.
Ariadne Cithreth: Age 57, Neutral Good, Laborer turned Veteran, Died shortly after Hippolytus was born.
Galindann Cithreth: Age 53, Neutral Evil, Explorer turned Veteran, Alive and well, with an indifferent relationship with Hermes.
Alkeides Cithreth (male): Age 28, Neutral, Laborer, Alive and well, with a friendly relationship with Hermes.
Aeson Cithreth (male): Age 28, Neutral, Wanderer, Missing, with a friendly relationship with Hermes.
Semele Cithreth (female): Age 24, Neutral, Laborer, Alive and well, with a friendly relationship with Hermes.
Kassiopeia Cithreth (female): Age 24, Lawful Neutral, Hermit, Alive and well, with a friendly relationship with Hermes.
Hippolytus Cithreth (male): Age 18, Neutral Evil, Hunter, Alive and quite successful, with a friendly relationship with Hermes.
Personal Decisions
I became a criminal because I was always bored, so I turned to crime to pass the time and discovered I was quite good at it. I then donated the majority of the money I made to my father and Hippolytus.
I became a sorcerer because I suffered a terrible emotional strain caused by the death of a close friend, which brought forth my latent magical power in an irrepressible manner. Not only have I been trying to repent for the accident ever since, but I’ve also been fighting to control my powers.
Life Events
- I made an enemy of a Tiefling named Xapan Laughter. It was my fault.
- I was detained for Burglary. I wrongfully accused Xapan of orchestrating it and he was sentenced to 3 years in prison. I feel no remorse for him.
- My brother Alkeides let me live with him for a few years instead of living with my father.
- During this time, I found a riding horse named Toro.
tbh idk what to do with Toro. He can be living with Alkeides if that’s good, or he could be accompanying Hermes on his adventures. Up to you @CrazyCaliope
