AU: Elliot dyed, momma made it.
Ariadne grew up with a caring mother, father, and older brother. Her mother had suffered a stillbirth while giving birth to her third child.
Today was the day baby Elliot was coming home. That was what everybody had told me two days ago. Now, nobody was talking to me. They forgot about me! If I did try to talk to anyone, they gave me tight smiles. Pssh.
“Ari, you there?” Henry? Henry was back!
I ran to the front door hard, the chilly floor numbing my feet. “Henry! Hen! Are momma and daddy coming soon! How is the baby! Is he so cute?”
His face melted into a sheepish smile, as if he was testing it out.
He got down on his knees and opened his arms for me to jump into. His cheeks were red, his blonde hair gleamed, and he tucked his face into my flizzly hair. I rubbed his back, he always rubbed my back, so I rubbed his.
“Right now,” Henry pulled back to look at me. “Everybody is a little sad, Ariadne.” I pulled on my big girl face, he had used my real name.
“Why, Henry?” The door was still opened, an April breeze rushed by us.
Tears ran down his face, “Baby Elliot isn’t coming to our house, Ari.” He took a shaky breath. I was confused. “Sometimes, God takes his children home early.” His face was warm again, so I touched his cheek and that gave me a smile.
“Is baby Elliot… Dead?” I never said that word about people. Not ever about a baby.
“To us, yes, Ariadne. But he’s forever alive with God. And God doesn’t want us to be sad, or angry, but sometimes we are. That’s okay. Remember, crying is good? I just cried, but now I feel better. Plus, why should I be sad that baby Ell gets to be in heaven?”
He watched me closely now, I almost didn’t speak. “And,” something in my throat was heavy. “When God takes us home, we get to meet baby Elliot too.”

gulp … shows up out of the blue
I had no clue how to end this, or how to write it 
But… I sorta like it. It’s sad, but there’s some brother sister bonding, some Henry in general
I’ll probably use this AU again, just need some time to dry me tears from this one lol
