MUFFIN IN A CUP!

1tbsp sugar
1tbsp brown sugar
Drop of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

—— Mix Well - - -

1egg
Some milk (probably like 1tbsp?)

—— Mix Well - - -

4tbsp flour

—— Mix super well and fast till there are no butter things - - -

Put half a handful of chocolate chips and then stick in your microwave for about 50-65 seconds. The top will always look uncooked to I usually peel the sides back with a fork to check if mine in cooked!

That sounds really good!

Pizza is easier to make than most people think, I use the Martha Stewart dough recipe and Joe Beddia’s red sauce recipe but jarred spaghetti sauce or marinara will also work.

It takes to get the hang of baking.

I’m gonna add my recipe here, that I love to make.

French Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 slices of bread (I use 4)
  • 2 eggs
  • Some milk (2 teaspoons is enough)
  • Cinnamon and some caramel (if you want)
  • Optional - chocolate powder
  • A side: fruits, eggs, or bacon.

  • Toast the bread well… but don’t burn it.
  • As you’re toasting your bread, mix the eggs, milk and cinnamon well.
  • Add in your optional ingredient and mix that too.
  • Dip the toast into the mix— put it on the crust as well!
  • Make sure your pan has oil (HOT oil) before putting the toast in it, and flip it as it’s cooking.
  • Once it’s done (make sure it’s not burnt), put the French toast onto a serving plate.
  • Do the same thing with the rest of your slices. Add more cinnamon/milk if needed.

If you’re gonna use bacon:

  • Make sure it’s defrosted (aka, not frozen.)
  • If you wanna make it special, add something spicy, or if you’re feeling sweet, add something… well, sweet!
  • Either fry it in a pan or bake it in a toaster oven.
  • Serve with the French toast.

Eggs:

  • Crack an egg or 2.
  • Add parsley, black pepper, and salt.
  • Mix well, and put it inside the pan.
  • Flip a few times so that it’s cooked.
  • Serve with the French toast.

Any other side:

  • Simply prepare, and add something to it if you want.
  • Serve with the French toast.

And there you go! There’s your breakfast. You can drink tea, juice or coffee with it.

  • For something cool, make a breakfast sandwich with the eggs, bacon and French toast (with some powdered sugar and syrup)! Have some fruits on the side, and voila! Your quarantine breakfast is filling and tasty! chef’s kiss
