I actually watched The Pale Blue Eye, which comes from his short story “The Tell-Tale Heart”. Also, the roses and wine just made sense. You know, people debate how he died, but alcohol poisoning is one theory. Another is rabies. Oh, he also was born in 1809 and died in 1849, and I picked up on the gifts starting in 1949 and ending in 2009.
