The Dumbledore gay part I write about a lot in my blog. It annoys me that she thinks she’s “woke” when she won’t even make him gay in the film about his boyfriend -.-

I think Rowling tried to keep up with the modern age and declared Dumbledore as gay, but didn’t really give any hints towards it in any book or film, so I count it as non-canon

She wrote the script 
she could have made it subtle. They said they weren’t going to make him “explicitly gay” but that could still mean subtly gay!
She really annoyed me with that

I know. When I read that part it annoyed me too. I thought they might have kept subtle hints in the movie though. Just the way Jude Law is portraying his character is kind of giving some hints. I could be reading to much into his acting though

The actors are just too good for the script. There was nothhing in the script or writing to indicate that Newt is autistic. However, Eddie Redmayne admitted that’s the angle he went with for the character and it paid off massively. Jude Law is the same. He did tons of research into Richard Harris and Michael Ganbon for the role, and he definitely sprinkled in some hints that he’s still in love with Grindebad. As I say, the actors are far too good for the script. Apart from Johnny Depp. He’s kinda. Perfect? As in it’s the exact vision they wanted, and it kinda f*cks up Grindebad a bit but whatever, he’s compelling. Just not breakaway sensational like Redmayne or Law

Yeah, I agree with that. They made great choices in both actors. I was alittle confused as to why they brought Johnny Depp in. I love his acting but I didn’t really see him in this part
