Gah, I’m really sorry, I forgot about this. Could you set a deadline? I feel really uninspired and I think a deadline would help.
You wouldn’t mind if I put it on a google doc?
No, I wouldn’t mind
Could I join and reserve for a female from district 4? If I can use a character that I made for a previous Hunger Games rp or sg?
Yeah, but you need a male character aswell
Thanks.
Oh I managed to miss that I had to make a male too! I’m not sue what district I will do for him, but I will get to work on him as well.
I will update this as I work on my characters.

Character name ( first and last ):
Layla Winters
Character age ( 12+):
18
District Number:
4
Personality ( Make this as detailed as possible. ):
Layla is a very smart and nice girl, but she will easily come off as being arrogant. She is expecting that she will win, and that nobody will get in her way. She is full of confidence and determination, so she will do everything she has to do to win, but she will do what she can to keep her allies alive as long as possible. She doesn’t want to have to kill her allies, but she knows that if it gets down to her and her allies at the end, she will kill them.
Strengths ( What are they good at? On a scale from 1-10, how strong are they? ):
Strength = 7
Swimming, tying knots, fishing, cooking
Weaknesses:
Lack of plant knowledge, climbing trees
Favorite Weapon:
Throwing Knives or just a standard knife
Bio ( Optional but recommended ):
Layla is from district 4, the fishing district. What some people know but some have forgotten, or don’t think about is that district 4’s tributes are most of the time part of the career pack. Though their training isn’t as out in the open as it is with districts 1 and 2, there are still many people that train to be in the hunger games. Layla’s family knows everything that there is to know about the hunger games and how it effects them and their district. They know this because they have inside knowledge of how it works. This is because Layla’s aunt Callie, her dad’s kid sister, actually participated in the hunger games five years before this, where she actually won. Layla has been training for the hunger games since she was 10 but once her aunt won, when she was 18 and Layla was 13, Layla started training even harder. Layla has worked really hard for her whole life, always helping with fishing in her district and training for the hunger games.

Character name ( first and last ): Valerie Lennon
Character age ( 12+): 21
District Number: 8
Personality ( Make this as detailed as possible. ): Sweet, pathetic, loving, loyal, blunt, guillable; Valerie is hard to put in paper. Her behaviour changes easily and she never knows what she wants. Her family is the most important for her, there’s nothing she wants more than to protect them. She’s afraid of death, but more afraid of theirs. Valerie is desparate for friends, although she finds it hard to get them. She’s very naive and always looks at the good side, if given. Everywhere, there’s a person she puts all her trust in and would refuse to believe something wrong they did. She’s pretty extroverted and very friendly, it’s very hard to offend her. Valerie never judges people, at least not in a bad way. She’s more of an observant type and looks for good in people, even if there’s none, she makes it up herself. She refuses to believe anyone is straight up evil and never listens to gossip. Her instinct is what drives her, not thinking, which she rarely uses. She seems to be all around the place, never planning or forethinking anything. Valerie is the perfect example of a horrible reader, able to change her mind with one weak word. She always wanted kids, but never thought about a romantic partner. Mostly, she thought about being single and adopting a few kids. She doesn’t only think about herself, but would be able to kill for people she cares about even though she’s scared of it. Valerie lives nature and being outside, every part of it. She always felt connected to it. Her self-confidence shifts a lot, failing once would completely bring it down, while one win could cause her to be extremely arrogant. Her emotions are far from strong and she doesn’t try to, or need to control them. Her goals changing a lot, she’s far from ambitious.
Strengths ( What are they good at? On a scale from 1-10, how strong are they? ): Climbing, survival skills, hiding/camouflage, basic combat (really basic, please) | 7
Weaknesses: Her siblings, treating wounds, bearing pain, running, quick thinking
Favorite Weapon: Blade
Bio ( Optional but recommended ): Many people would say Valerie’s family is cursed. Three of her known ancestors died in Hunger Games, fortunately after leaving legacy. Some of her relatives believed the capitol held a grudge against the Lennon family, no other was picked as much as them. It caused them to live in fear, and prepare as many of their descendants ready enough for the Hunger Games. Valerie was born to 18 years old Carrie and Liam Lennon. Both were very family oriented, but superstitious and believed in the curse. Although they wanted to give Valerie everything they could, they knew raising her in bad conditions was the best. They got the best out of the worst cribs and covered her with a thin blanket. Their heart was breaking, but they knew it was for the best. Valerie was, summed up, a cry baby. She cried all the time, not letting them sleep or work. Carrie started questioning their methods, but Liam wouldn’t let it stop. Instead of giving in, he chose a worse crib and even thinner blanket. That was even worse for Valerie, but she learnt crying isn’t going to get her anywhere. Eventually, she stopped, giving Carrie faith in their approach again. Soon after Valerie was too big for a crib, she got a baby brother, Edwin. She lived in the same room as her family, not enough place in their house. Her family could barely afford water, so they set up a drinking and shower schedule. There was no warm water avaliable for their house, so Valerie needed to get used to freezing water. Just like about the crib, she got used after some time. Surprisingly, she was never picky with food. She ate whatever was put in front of her without a problem. It made her parents very proud and they knew they were in the right way. When Valerie reached her fourth year, she got a baby sister Mya. She loved babbling to her and was mesmerised by her cuteness. So occupied with the little one, she didn’t notice how different her crib was to her own - much better. Edwin was raised just as roughly as Valerie, but Mya had much more comfort. Carrie and Liam changed their ways, starting to stop believing in the curse, as their family wasn’t picked for a long time. They changed their methods, but it was too late to start spoiling Valerie and Edwin. Seven years old Valerie got another sister, Lilly, who got even more comfort than Mya. Both oldest siblings were confused how they suddenly got more wealthy, but kept it to themselves. They still spent time with their sisters, but mostly socialised together. It wasn’t long until they completely understood everything regarding the Hunger Games. They made up their own stories and legends about how it happened, and usually played by its theme - killing invisible enemies, covering each other’s back. When the babies kept quiet, Carrie and Liam taught Valerie and Edwin survival in the wild. The siblings always loved it and often played being lost in the forest. They loved everything about it; climbing, wood working, hiding and picking berries. They often got food poisoning, and eventually learnt what’s good and bad for them. Their parents gave much more attention to their sisters and newest brother Sean, but instead of being jealous, Valerie and Edwin understood it. They were fine with getting almost no attention and built themselves how their parents originally would. Doing some research on history of the Games, Valerie started believing the curse. She started practicing combat, but it never turned out well. Edwin wasn’t like her, but somehow mastered combat much more. Valerie asked him for help several times, he declined without having a reason why. Finally, hopeless Valerie told him about the curse, but he far from helped her. He started making fun of her, and there was more and more fights in their relationship. Eventually, they never spent any time together and played all by themselves, Valerie mostly socialising with her sisters. Their parents saw the problem, and while they kindly wanted to solve it, they didn’t want to force their children. Later in in her life, Valerie met more people from her district and got many friends out her family. Her family was still very important to her, but she spent a lot of time with her friends as well. Instead of her parents, they taught her sewing like everyone in her district should know. Valerie offered to teach them survival skills she had, but no one was up for it. It made her a tad upset, as she was proud of her abilities and wanted to show them off. Although she was the black ship in her group, she felt just enough connected to them. One of her friends’ older siblings once decided to go hunting, which the whole group found extremely cool. Even when it wasn’t needed, they did it for fun. Her parents were very proud when she brought home food and Edwin started getting jealous. He was long out of Valerie’s mind and she didn’t care about it - that is, until he started dating one of her friends. At first, it seemed to be just to mess with her, but soon the first I love yous came and Valerie became the jealous one. Eventually, the friend stopped hanging out with them and Valerie pretended to forget about him, but he was still all around her mind. He tried her best to keep all the other friendships genuine, but eventually, everyone started getting into relationships and it turned into Valerie forcing herself into them. Just a day after Lilly reached her twelfth year, she was chosen for the Hunger Games. It put all her family into the darkest times, they spent all days watching the happenings in the arena. Everyone regretted not getting her ready for it, and even though they prayed for her internally, they knew she had no chance of survival. Their doubt turned out in place and everyone had their own way of grieving. Valerie started training hard again, and decided she won’t let any of her siblings die again.
