So it’s been a while since I started an interesting discussion, so I thought I should schedule this one for when I’m at work so that I can help to keep the discussions going even when I can’t be around

If you could have one superpower – and only one – what would you want it to be?

Why would you want that superpower?

I wanna be able to fly! It’d be an amazing feeling and useful in terms of transport!

I think I’d be able to read people’s minds because I think I’m already a bit of an empath, so the next step would be figuring out why people felt the way they do without being too intrusive and asking them haha

Personally I’d love to be a Skulduggery style elemental mage, that sounds awesome.

But, I feel like if I had any ability it would probably be enhanced metabolism. Enhanced strength, speed, stamina, etc. But I need to eat a lot

I don’t even know what superpower I would get, maybe very fast learning/reading, but I can do that without super powers too

I would want instant teleportation- and the kind where I can teleport other people when they hold on to me.

it can get me, and other people out of sticky situations, and I can use it to mess with people that don’t know about my power.

Hmm this is a bit more complicated cause I have many sides to my personality, I’m pretty much a walking onion… Part of me thinks it would be something to do with the earth, like being able to grow and heal plants, but the other part of me thinks “fire” so I guess elemental powers? idk…

Kinda already have a super power if you people believe in ghosts and such. Which is basically: Talking to the paranormal world- which includes ghosts, demons, and angels.

But if I could have another superpower… Probably the ability to travel to different universes…

Have you seen/read X-men? Rogue has this power and she’s not evil!

Telekinesis because I wanna be like Matilda… and teleportation because it can help me get out of a lot of situations fast.

Whew, I have so many sides that I’m almost insane. Probably fire powers, healing abilities, regeneration, enhanced memory and agility, time travelling, shapeshifting, invisibility and taking in people’s spiritual energy (something I wanna see that’s possible, at least for me. Is that even a thing?)

Flight! And I want these super big, feathery wings that can retract too!

WHy? Well, hehe.

BECAUSE IT’S COOL AS FUDGE!

Late for school? No problem, just fly above the clouds and land somewhere safely!
Parents won’t let you out? Jump outta that window and fly off!
Feel super stressed and mad at everyone? Just fly up into the sky when they ain’t looking and have your relaxation moment!

Okay, now I kinda feel like I’m not thinking about what the ultimate power would be.
But… I don’t care either =) I’ve seen similar questions in other places and everybody be talking about world domination- just, n o. Flying into the night sky after having a crappy day sounds like such a great thing to experience =D

I’d probably have the ability to make drawings/mental characters come to life! Since I daydream so much about a non-existent universe =P
