Basically, you have 20 questions to answer whatever the other person is thinking of. Like if Regina was thinking of…let’s say a cat. You would have 20 questions to figure out that Regina is thinking of a cat. But I think also what you had Nestor say really works as well, because you get to learn about things from both characters instead of just one.

Oh, I’ve played that type of 20 questions, we call it person place or thing, but I thought Regina was trying to get to know Nestor.
