The last thing he expected she would do is stop him and reach for the oars. Raising his brow and gaze to her as she said she wanted to he quietly chuckled, just a bit confused. “We both know you don’t want that.” He lightly furrowing his brows and shook his head as he crossed his arms. He could guess why she would say it; she simply wanted to wait for Preston to go and her next words did prove that. “No problem.” Putting on a soft almost fake smile he reached for the oars again. He never really had a problem with helping people, if she hated that guy he would be more than happy to wait here with her and after all, he does owe her. “Hopefully you’ll change your mind and not leave me here.” With a chuckle he quietly made a joke avoiding making small talk as they were getting closer to that spot. This part of the lake was truly beautiful, he never cared to go anywhere other than the dock or the “beach”. “So, what are your plans now? You’re the one that wanted this so much.” Laughing lightly as they arrived and he carefully got out, he curiously asked her referring to them staying here for a bit.
“Maybe, but you said it” I rolled my eyes and buckled my seat belt cause safety first. “Right, my apologies, mon cher.” I said, playfully sending him a salute as I winked. “If I listened to everything doctors usually say, my life would have been way more boring” I laughed and started to braid my hair randomly. “I’m getting Meredith Grey vibes and I’m not hating it.” I said, smiling humorously.
I watched as he pulled out his phone, freaking out. “Well, we don’t know who… but, I hope its just some prank… I don’t even know how someone could get our secrets anyways.” I said, furrowing my brows.
“Forgiven” I chuckled lightly and shook my head lightly as turning the car engine on

Well, we don’t know who… but, I hope its just some prank… I don’t even know how someone could get our secrets anyways…

I looked forward at the amusement park ahead of us. The crown of it all; the Ferris wheel off in the distance, the closer we walked the more recognizable it was. Diego was silent for a moment as I was left in my thoughts.
We should go to the ring toss? Well, I’d lose. The Ferris Wheel? No what, cliche! Cotton candy? Cotton candy’s disgusting. Oh god, think!
I felt something - or someone - graze my pinky finger.
What, does he want to hold hands? No it was just on accident no biggie… wait does he not like me? Does he not want to hold hands?
He pulled away quickly and the noise of silence concluded.
I thought about the amusement park. I had only been a few times and I didn’t have a clear image of all the rides and attractions anymore so I said the only thing that popped into mind. “The Ferris Wheel.” I said nodding.
We continued walking in silence. I took a quiet deep breath and took a risk. My hand slowly inched closer to Diego’s as our fingertips intertwined and our palms rested on one another’s. I let go a sigh of relief.
“What’s the first thing you want to do when we get there?” I asked looking back at him.
My phone ringed so I took it out of my purse - without letting go of Diego - and looked at the notification I got. An exposing site? What? Probably just some idiot kid looking for attention I rolled my eyes and stuck my phone deep into my purse, my attention back to Diego.
“I’ll look into it later, still looks a bit like a trick to me” I smiled lightly and nodded. I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was about to happen - something bad… But I wasn’t going to let it ruin my fun just yet. “anddd we’re here” I smiled and got out of the car, looking at the boardwalk. “You ready?” I asked, raising a suggestive brow as we walked towards the entrance. “It seems like this place won’t be too busy with the lockdown and everything…” I said, looking up at him as we waited in the small line to enter.
“I was born ready” I smirked and took off my sunglasses and put them in the collar of my shirt.
We got out of the car, I locked it and stuck the keys in my pocket and ran a hand through my hair “Good ol’ fair”
*It seems like this place won’t be too busy with the lockdown and everything…,
“Better for us” I said “no long lines” I smirked

I raised my brows and smiled. “That’s true…” I said, walking through the security machine things. After we got through, I looked around at the fair. “I smell pizza…” I said, letting out an involuntary murmur at the smell.
We passed the line in a pretty short time, I likes it when the fair wasn’t packed
“You always smell pizza” I chuckled but looked around “it’s over there” I pointed at the pizza stand “you want pizza?” I suggested

As I was about to take a bite of my croissant, I heard a notification go off on my phone. I looked down and saw that someone made a exposing site. I looked back up at Tamara and showed her my phone. “Do you see this? This can’t be real right?”

Sarah laughed at her comment. “Well…they just put up something about an exposing site. It is anonymous and it basically reveals secrets or recent events that happened between people. Isn’t that cool?” Sarah said in excitement picking up another book. She went over across to the horror section She loved horror books and movies. She doesn’t know why but it doesn’t scare her, rather it entertains her a lot and it also inspires her song writing and stories.

“Wait…an exposing site!” I took sarah’s phone without asking and looked at the notification. “Wow…If this is true then there will be even more drama happening.” I gave her back her phone. Then I realized that If this is true My secrets will become exposed. “If someone is going to try to expose my secrets, then I will make sure their secrets are exposed first…that’s if I can’t stop them.” I said with a devilish smirk.

Orion nodded as Henry turned towards him. “Yeah, I’m Orion. I bet it is. There were quite a few of you guys drinking a lot at the party, and that was just what I saw before I left.” They had just begun to talk as there was a notification on their phones about a website to expose everyone’s secrets. “What the hell is this?” Not that Orion was necessarily against the idea of those in Lime Grove having their secrets brought to light, but there was one thing Orion did not want people to find out. “Are you seeing this?” Orion said referring to the exposure site.

Sarah startled a little when Heather took her phone without asking. “What was that for?” she said in a sharp tone. Sarah didn’t care if her secrets will be exposed if someone exposes them, would they kill her? All they can do is gossip and ask questions and that’s it. “How would you get someone’s secrets exposed? Spy on them?” Sarah asked bluntly. Realizing what she said she was interested. “I’m in” she said sharply.
Sarah looked startled when I took her phone.
“How would you get someone’s secrets exposed? Spy on them?” I crossed my arms and smirked. "Oh, I will have my sources trust me. " “I’m in” I started laughing and clapping my hands. This girl seemed too innocent to expose anyone “Aww sleeping beauty has an edge.” I said, referring to her blonde hair. “But in all seriousness, you seem too nice to expose anyone…but if you really want to, I could help you.” I said while fiddling with my bracelet.

Do I smile all the time?” she finally asked wondering if she had a natural happy looking face.
