Nah, I don’t believe in love at first sight, or perhaps I only think of it that way because I’m ace. Although I do believe in desire or attraction at first sight. Infatuation is different from love. Infatuation gives you butterflies, but love gives you comfort and security.

I’m more of a slow burn-love type of person, and I a firm believer that most long-lasting and strong relationships are established in this process.

I don’t believe in love at first sight. I don’t even believe in (romantic) love in general. Maybe because I have never experienced it. But love is different for everyone. So it’s an agree to disagree point.

Most definitely not. Unconditional love usually just ends up leading to toxic relationships and one partner taking advantage of the other.

I don’t know about other people, but I don’t think I can fall in love with someone just by looking at them. If that were so, then I’d only be loving them for their physical features and not who they are as a person. What if they’re a bad person? What if their intensions are wrong? What if they’re not what I’m looking for in someone to love? I can’t judge someone with one look and determine for myself that it’s love just because i love the way they look.

I don’t think I have a soulmate tbh. I’m not sure if they exist; I highly doubt it.

Love can be unconditional but it’s not healthy. If unconditional love means to love someone regardless of what they give back in return, whether it’s healthy or unhealthy – I don’t stand for that. I understand sometimes people can’t control who they fall in love with, but they can control their mindset and how they allow others to treat them. They can also choose to hold themselves at a higher regard. You shouldn’t give someone the love they don’t deserve just because of how strongly you feel for them
