You can make a post about Aya not knowing what to do with her arm, and then I would reply with Caroline coming over with her bad leg just to help out because thatās what Caroline is usually like

yeah, she had a mental breakdown which led to her coworkers getting her this trip, and docors gave her xanax for the mental breakdown

so my characters used, xanax, water bottle, clothes and earings to survive

xanax he only has enough to get everyone to the town while ignoring the pain, Iām going to allow that one because it wears off but bandages are reusable when cleaned.
plus you may or may not find medical supplies in the town

okay but is there snow? Becuase Iām thinking of applying snow directly to a wound to both cool it down after cauterizing it and desinfecting it

no but there is a stream of melted ice and snow if that works.
