Enrique’s eye’s fluttered close again, uncaring if he had p!ssed her off. If he had a nickel for everytime he had done that, well, he would be on a private island right now. Even with his eyes closed, however, he couldn’t help the simple tug on his lips with her words of not asking for his insight (though in a much ruder tone of voice of course).

Enrique Montoya simply shrugged at the sentiment before using his crutches to hop away and towards the front door. Either way, he wasn’t staying here - whether Annie would join him on his little… joy ride after stealing his dad’s car, well, that was her choice.
