Oh, wow, okay. Umm… Well, I prefer this recipe here, it’s the Edmonds’ recipe, which is a huge NZ brand. I would suggest to use this one and just ignore the fact they suggest using brands, haha, but this one here gives a good description of using chopping Rhubarb. (wink)
