Well that kind of marketing (like most kinds of marketing) can be seen as brainwashing but in this case we are just telling the truth. They have appeared to use the same HEX code as us (could just be a coincidence) and they lie about admins being able to see PMs, you were just being truthful.

When you think about it, all marketing really is, is allowing people to see your business as the best option available. Whether that is by comparing prices, practises, colour schemes or even services available. All is fair.
As long as you don’t lie or mislead anyone.

So if Shannii advertises her restricted section she has to deliver what people are asking, she can’t say join and you will get a free duck because it isn’t true and is in breach of the consumer protection act.

Doubt it took a year for episode forums to add a dark mode, it’s been around for a long time so I’d say 3 to 6. Still took a long ass time for them to add a dark mode when it’s in nearly every other discourse forum.
Is this a coincidence? I think not. It’s not like they didn’t know, they’re admins.
