It wasn’t that Odessa likes jocks, more like the stereotype of jocks getting many girls. Quintin doesn’t have to do the explanation often because it’s not like many girls actually fall for him. Probably one or two even, but enough where it grew into a joke with Peter.

As for Amaranthae, yes I do love her characters, but she was the one considering Quintin as the cure for the curse. That didn’t go the other way around
