would it be insulting if I say my character is ‘cursed’ for coming from “Fruitland, Maryland” which is an actual place? I think the name is really cute and I’m sure it’s adorable but I don’t want to insult someone…

I love it … Don’t worry, it’s not the town where they’re from that make them cursed … Maybe you could say the parents, while consumating the cursed kid did it in a place that used to be an Indian burial site lol … If you really need an explanation for the guy being unlucky
