I’m not sure if this is redundant or pointless(cuz the ranting thread) but ill try it anyways.

A thread to talk about ur mental health,coping skills,or share feel good positive stuff(like chiibird pics) or something good tht happened to u…maybe you got a new game? Or how you’re not doing good at all…

I dont want to see stuff like “im the worst person im human garbage/worthless” or “i wanna die” follwed by someone saying “true” and leaving the conversation alone. You can post “i feel worthless because…blah blah blah” but no self loathing with no context.

Nor do i want numerous “empty” excessive flattery posts "OMG ur so great/beautiful/loved etc slay hunny.(excuse my dated lingo x3)

Idk bottom line/basic rule be geninue.

Yes you can say ppl are great beautiful etc…but make sure to be real. Maybe instead of stuff like that say “hey. I really like that ur good at (insert noun?)” Or “ik you think that but its not true”

This is more personal rather than used for story content but…eh do as u like(with permission)


One of the most important things for me when I feel my worst is to tell myself that it’s ok to feel bad. Give yourself a break from time to time, people! You’re not going to get better by beating yourself up for how you feel!

I have a bunch of coping mechanisms. Usually just watching something on Youtube but meditation is also super fun when I’m feeling really crappy.

Drawing is my biggest escape though, no surprise there xD

Depression is the worst tho, sometimes I just can’t get out of bed. And I would need to get out of bed to. Draw. :upside_down_face:


Something I do when my mental illnesses catch up with me (whether it be depression, anxiety, PTSD, or body dysmorphia) is listen to music. I absolutely love music.

In 3 months I’ll be clean from self-harm for a year!
