The most uncommon food you love to eat

those cookies have stroop in them, but that one is more caramel with cinnamon.

Stroop is a almost caramel thick syrup made from condensed dark brown sugar.
It’s best described as a thicker version of maple syrup but with a more sugary undertone.

White caster sugar
Dark caster sugar
Light caster sugar

cane sugar

Crystal sugar

I know for a fact America has cane sugar, not sure about the other ones you listed, however

while cooking we often end up using multiple versions and so we have a few versions in house that slowly empty xd

I love liquorice, especially the honey type shown in the picture. While it’s not that uncommon to like it in the Netherlands, I think most people worldwide would really dislike it. It’s really a specific flavour you sort of have to get used to…
