I’ve heard of this. Whenever I’m alone at night I can’t sleep between these hours bc of my fear of the dark :eyes:

Wow i- usually study till 4 am
Also our body is at it’s weakest between these hours and most of the natural deaths occur between 3 and 4

I can’t sleep during those hours especially when it’s dark. There’s something eerie about that specific hour or maybe my mind is just messing with me. I usually sleep past 4AM lately, anyway.
