What kind of characters am I allowed to still make? I kind of want to replace Alexander for the time being since he’s going to jail and won’t be around, and then Charleston since I don’t have any plans with him. He can just be an NPC for the time being.

In regards to replacing Alexander, Sota is in charge of that RP so I would ask her. Right now I know Sota is a little preoccupied so she may not respond for a bit.
In regards to replacing Charleston, you are more than welcome to replace him if you want. Or the option is if you want to make plans we can make plans cause I have a few new characters and still want to make a few more as well

Looks like you are at your max for extra characters: outside of replacing Alexander due to prison time. But for available characters you have both Male and Female Freshmen and Sophomore open. And a open slot for a Junior male that I can see.
Unfortunately I do not recall how to share the file from mobile to DQ
