She smiled faintly. “It may be Jax’s party, but you two usually plan these things together. I’d hate to pull you away from it…” Looking down at the ground as she spoke the last bit. *“I know you care for me… I just… I think I’m just done with this whole night.” She looked back up at him, searching his eyes with her own. “I love you, Ash Wiliams. Now…” Forcing a smile dispite the pain it caused her, she placed her hands flat against his chest and gave him a gentle push. *“Go having fun… Don’t let what had happen ruin your night.”

“Scr-w you Ian… You know me… or I thought you did. I would never do that… I don’t need you, Ian. I don’t want your help and I don’t need it. Let me worry about my career. I don’t want anything from you.” He could see the flash of anger in her eyes as she spoke. Taking a deep breath as he lowered his head and shock it gently before looking back at her. Placing his hands on hers and giving them a gentle squeeze. “I didn’t mean you should quite it or anything… Just some fans are crazy and some may even take it too far if they find out that you are pregnant.” Though he didn’t agree with his own words, he kept calm as he continued to speak. “I only want what is best for you. . . Anyways I want to be apart of their lives if they are mine.”
While they were busy talking, he had closed his eyes. Listening to the tone in their voices. “…ZzZz…” He ended up dozing off into sleep while still leaning against the wall with his arms folded.
