I love cheddar and most types of semi-hard cheese as well as fresh cheese like cream cheese, mozzarella, and feta (cow’s milk feta, though).

I HATE goat cheese!!! And cotija because cotija cheese has a smell that I can’t stand.

My two absolute favorite cheeses are in different categories! :sob: I love Parmesan and Cheddar (extra sharp cheddar in particular)! Gouda, Mozzarella, and Cream Cheese are good too though, but more depending of what they’re with.
