I prefer dry noodles, with a lot of veggies like carrots, capsicum, tomatoes and onions. In seasoning, I mainly add green chilli or spring onions whatever mood calls for followed by Schezwan sauce or chilli garlic sauce. In winters, I like my noodles soupy, hot and spicy so I add some red chilli sauce and some chilli powder to increase its hotness
