I’d rather suffer through the wilted broccoli…maybe asparagus?
Brocolli has a lot of different nutrients, it depends a lot on what you’re already eating and what you’re not to determine what else would be a good thing to eat
I cook my broccoli with butter and some chicken seasoning, sauteed in a pan. Delicious!
Cauliflower is good with lemon juice and olive oil.
Brussels sprouts… I cut them in half and toss them with some honey, then broil them, and toss them in a sauce of garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and more honey.
I don’t like Cauliflower or Brussels sprouts, but that broccoli recipe sounds delicious!

Our broccoli in the caribbean is more of a firm-ish kind but I love to eat steamed broccoli with cheese sauce
