Hi there. I’m setting up an art school. Meaning that I wanna help people who want to start making digital art or want to refine their art in a kinda class based setting. I will adapt the ‘assignments’ to different skill levels, level 1, 2 and 3. I don’t expect many people to join but if I get 5 people who actually are up for the challenge I would already be excited!
Disclaimer: I’m not a professional artist, I’m a self trained passionate individual who enjoys making art and transferring my knowledge on to others
What will I learn?
You will learn to develop your own art style even more in different areas. I want to keep the details a secret but I’ve got many fun tutorials and challenges ready on different aspects of making digital art.
When will it be?
I was planning on starting next week, so on May 11th, but if people want it can be changed! It will roughly be 3 weeks in total with 2 or 3 assignments every week.

How long have you been making art: Never/ <1 year/1-2 years/3> years Intermittently for a long while, but I started actually trying to do some digitally a few years ago, but I haven’t really done much of any since last year.
How would you rate your own art out of 10: Maybe a 6?

each one was done after finding an outline for the body pose on the internet, but the rest of each drawing was done myself. The last one though I did by following a step by step tutorial.
Is there something specific you would like to learn: I want to be able to draw more realistically, but I just overall want to improve so I can take the characters I have in my head and be able to represent them visually.

Assignment 1
I just wanted to start with a first little assignment to estimate your levels and see what the styles exactly are what I’m working with and just in general to see where better what points of improvement are. Therefore, the first assignment is a draw this in your own style, but a little different than usual considering it will be a rl picture and it will be on a tight deadline. I want you to set an alarm for 1 hour and try to really focus on drawing the key points of this picture in your own style. Don’t be pressured to make it perfect!
You are allowed to make limited changes in proportions or pose to fit your style, not in colors tho, try to keep those as similar to the image. Good luck, you have until 2020-05-22T16:00:00Z to send me the finished result if you want personal feedback! I hope that’s enough time

Sure! But I will be posting Saturday afternoon or evening with feedback and a tutorial and next assignment If you could try to do it on Friday that would be great, but Saturday should work finee as well
