As I’ve already got a thread for why 2020 is gonna suck, how about a thread for the good things that’ll come out of 2020?

1.
Ivory Coast is using plastic waste to build schools!
Meaning the bricks are purely made out of plastic waste, this has even encouraged people there to collect the waste since it’s actually worth something now! Heck, some people say this could even help with poverty!

2.
17 Big Cats are experiencing the taste of freedom!
More and more countries are banning the use of animals in circuses, which means they don’t need them anymore…
Which means they can finally be free!!! (Kinda)
