first book is not that great but the whole series is reallly fun, I liked it, easy to read

but it might just be my opinion, I know people prefer Six of Crows (same universe and in the SAB tv show you see characters from SOC) so yeah

I read Ash Princess by Laura Sebastian because of tiktok and it’s a solid 2.5 - 3 stars, it’s a decent read. But instaromance, lack of character dimensionality and not very great worldbuilding. To be honest it’s interesting and makes you keep reading but it also does that with depressing stuff and I feel like the main character is just stupid and should be killed off.
