Princess Venus Ribstone stopped reading, slamming down the news scroll on the table in front of her, along with her palm. It was horrific news, poor unicorns. Curling her lip up into a sneer, she was furious at what she’d just read and wanted to throw a punch at Seraphina. Not the most lady-like thing to be expected from someone dressed in such fancy garb. However, Venus and her parents had been more than honourable to this woman, but no more. The curve in her lip twitched while she slowly clenched her fists on the table, the scroll scrunching in her right hand.
“Gerard!”, she bellowed out loudly.
A few minutes later, a fumbling, jittery, young man entered and cautiously approached her. He was scared that she was about to dish out another punishment for something he hadn’t done. “Y-yes, m’lady?”
