He has a 14! Itās not a terrible stat. Heād be doing a little better if it was Persuasion because he has a +4 in it. (+2 from Charisma and his +2 proficiency bonus). Its just not his day apparently. But itās fine because Arnold is totally one to butt in and try to make everything better, ultimately failing because heās oblivious to boundaries
