bmi is a (kinda bs tbh) index to measure wether or not one’s weight is adequate for their height
but you don’t have to fill those out, they’re just there for the aesthetic lol

I checked the example in the fc and it seems it is the year of school. (freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior)
