Anger, Fear, Jealousy, Hate. How should we deal with negative emotions?

Well, I’m really not the best person to ask because I bottle things up, but how do you guys deal with negative emotions?

1st bit - yee I do that sometimes, but it’s usually myself cus I’ve just made a fool of myself or something

By being jealous, in fear, angrey, or hate. What else can you do?

Personally I just acknowledge that I’m feeling that way and take a break from whatever I’m doing to calm down, sometimes I’ll discuss it with a friend but most of the time my brain just gets carried away and I end up feeling bad

I just write it all in my diary or cry myself to sleep to let out all the pain.
