1st bit - yee I do that sometimes, but it’s usually myself cus I’ve just made a fool of myself or something
2nd bit - I no longer have any red pens or pencils, lets just say that

Personally I just acknowledge that I’m feeling that way and take a break from whatever I’m doing to calm down, sometimes I’ll discuss it with a friend but most of the time my brain just gets carried away and I end up feeling bad
I just write it all in my diary or cry myself to sleep to let out all the pain.
