I think it would be turtles because they don’t seem clever enough or even interested enough in ruling the world

I feel like most animals would be fit for ruling the world. like why not? most of them are very intelligent and probably smarter than us.
i feel like the worst animal would be a sloth. because they so slow- jk idk
