I didn’t become active here until like May
It can be hard to talk to people in groups, so you could always try messaging people individually
But also, why do you think people are acting fake nice to you? Maybe they’re honestly nice and just having trouble fitting you in

Then either stop talking to them or just speak to a mod about why you think their behaviour is toxic. Though I do suggest that the polite and kind thing to do in this situation is to be the bigger people and tell them. It may be tough but it could help them and help the situation.
