Reminds me of last week, when I had to make a game on Kahoot! at a work meeting, to show how we can use it as a teaching tool.
I did a basic vocabulary exercise. Not all my co-workers speak English, so… in one question, I put a picture of red ants, with the question:
‘What’s this?’
A. Red ants
B. Red uncles
C. Brown nieces
D. Gold nephews
And then explained that sometimes ‘ant’ (hormiga) and ‘aunt’ (tia) is pronounced very similarly in English. But some people pronounce ‘aunt’ as ‘ont’.

I pronounce Aunt as “ant-tee”. My parents do too.

I don’t understand how the leader with DID is so open about it. I’m literally ashamed to have it, and if everyone finds out who my alters are, my reputation will be ruined. Everyone will hate me. Everyone will find me disgusting.
As I said before, if people can’t accept the way you are, they are not your friends.

I don’t want school to start. I’m tired of always seeing others with their friends and me being left out. I wish I had better social skills and made friends from the start. Everyone already has friends and I just feel like I’m forcing myself into their friendship circle. Actually, I’m not even forcing myself. I barely talk to people because of insecurities, so I’ve pretty much given up on talking to people irl.
Who needs friends anyway? I’m tired of crying over this every day, so maybe I should give up on making friends. Nobody takes this struggle seriously because it’s so easy for them anyway.
