You know what the worst thing about being exiled from my friend group was?
The fact that they said they’d never do that to me.

I hope they know the pain I’ve suffered, and how this’ll effect me for the rest of my life. And I mean that with all honesty. No theatrics

Sorry to hear that. What goes around, comes back around.

You may want to rephrase or be more specific about that.

My dad: But it’s completely sleeveless
Me:
My dad: Look around a little but more for something else
Me: Buys the first dress anyway just to annoy him

I certainly wouldn’t always PM someone

And if it’s important, I’d PM a staff member, since sometimes situations would require that

huh? how does this make sense…

No.

Just because you don’t get it, doesn’t mean that it’s non-existent.

For someone who identifies as a non-binary, I find this one a bit distasteful. I personally don’t mind it when people still consider me as female (since I still dress up like one, anyway), but I do not identify with either of the male and female gender identity constructs. However, there are other non-binary people who are very conscious about this, and comments like this are harmful for them. Similar to sexuality, gender is also a spectrum. Gender identity isn’t black and white, so don’t expect people to always choose between male and female.

no :star_struck: gender is pointless, why even bother trying to conform to certain standards? what does it really mean to be male or female? i’d argue that it’s nothing biological (which is the only real sense of dichotomy), since people who don’t surgically transition are still valid

it’s a social construct

and it’s entirely unnecessary

even measurable differences between sexes are thought to be influenced significantly by socialization (how people are raised in their culture, essentially)

You know that is so hypocritical what you are saying. Imagine how you would feel if someone would say: ā€˜transgender doesn’t exist, you must be the gender you are born’. I am sure you wouldn’t like that. That’s basically exactly what you are saying to non-binary people. If you are trans you must understand how it is to not feel connected to the gender you were born as. This is exactly the same for people who are non-binary, they don’t feel a connection to their gender they were born as either, but where you felt the connection to the opposite gender they didn’t. It’s not a matter of picking one of the 2, cause neither option is who they are. They aren’t male or female and it’s so messed up to say they basically have to pick.

how the hell are you transgender and you still don’t understand gender and sex? :star_struck: you are honestly so woke

what do you mean by phobias? other than that, great message

I sure as hell am

i don’t like how phobia is being used in a lot of cases, since it’s also a medical term that’s way more severe than just normal being scared of things anyways :eyes:

this is not an insult to you being transgender btw, but you would think LGBTQ+ people would be more supportive of each other
