No sweetie, that’s hate speech.

Freedom of speech protects your rights to have a belief/opinion as long as it’s not harming or offensive

Exactly, I don’t care if an ignorant b*tch is leaving. In fact, I’m glad the forums are rid of a trashbag like you :star_struck:

Bye Felicia

In all seriousness nobody has tried to stop you from having an opinion we have more just shown you facts which you clearly can’t take. So yeah have your opinion but just know it’s a dumb one.

If there’s a lot of people saying you’re ā€œhatefulā€ then it probably means that you don’t realize that your responses do sound hateful. Freedom of speech does not mean you get to say whatever you want to say. It just protects you from the government and allows you to criticize the government freely. It does not mean you get to say something without getting fired at a job, punished by a higher power, kicked out of college, or free from charges like harassment, slandering someone’s name falsely, etc.

Maybe, just maybe, you should either rethink what you say or do some more research

I think you’re misunderstanding. People like you tend to get gender identity and biological sex mixed up. I’m pretty sure trans people understand that they were born with what they have, but gender identity does not equal biological sex. Gender identity is a societal concept, meaning it’s how we (as lgbt+ people) feel, identity socially, and personally. It doesn’t mean that trans people are being ā€œin denialā€ and trying to forget what they’re born with. They’re simply living with how they want to identify as socially.

(If you’re trans and what I’m saying is wrong, please correct me because I am not trans. What I said is based off of my research on transgender people and how they feel, so I could be wrong)

People always assume that gender and sex mean the same thing, but it’s not. Gender is a a social concept that is backed up by sociology.
